C-Perf - Clostridium perfringens - This test provides quantitative and qualitative data for Clostridium perfringens recovered from the submitted sample. Results are expressed as most probable number (MPN) per ml or gram.   Submit sample for this test  

EC-0157 - Escherichia coli 0157:H7 - This test provides qualitative data for Escherichia coli 0157:H7 recovered from the submitted sample. Results are reported as positive or negative.   Submit sample for this test

0157 RAPID - Escherichia coli 0157:H7 RAPID - This test provides for the rapid recovery of Escherichia coli 0157:H7 in a variety of foods and feeds. Results are reported as positive or negative.   Submit sample for this test

LM - Listeria monocytogenes - This test provides qualitative data for Listeria monocytogenes. Results are reported as positive or negative.   Submit sample for this test

SA - Staphylococcus aureus - This test provides quantitative and qualitative data for Staphylococcus aureus.   Submit sample for this test

SAL - Salmonella spp - This test provides qualitative data for Salmonella species recovered from the submitted sample. Results are reported as positive or negative.   Submit sample for this test

SAL RAPID - Salmonella RAPID - This test provides for the rapid recovery of Salmonella species in a variety of foods and feeds. Results are reported as positive or negative and available within 24 hours.   Submit sample for this test

Technician Service Fee: An hourly technician fee is charged whenever one of our technicians visits a sampling site. Technician fees are calculated based on the amount of time the technician spends analyzing food handling, sanitation procedures, environmental aspects, food variety, taking samples, etc.
